What will be removed

This process allows you to request deletion of data associated with your account. Typical items that can be removed:

Saved YouTube channels & preferences

All entries under youtube_channels linked to your account will be deleted.

Comments & local notes

Comments stored in video_comments (local and those mirrored to YouTube) can be removed. Comments posted directly to YouTube may remain on YouTube unless you choose to delete them separately via your YouTube account.

OAuth tokens & connections

Stored YouTube access/refresh tokens will be cleared from our servers. This disconnects the site from your YouTube account.

Important notes

• Deletion is irreversible for local data. If you want a backup, download your data before proceeding.
• Data posted directly to third-party services (like comments on YouTube) may persist on those platforms even after we remove local references. To fully remove content on third-party sites you may need to delete it there as well.

How to request deletion (quick guide)

1. Click Request Data Deletion below.

2. Confirm the action in the dialog. This will send a deletion request to the site administrators and begin removing stored items linked to your account.

3. After successful processing, you will receive an email confirmation (if your email is on file) and the site will clear local tokens and saved entries.

What we can't remove automatically

Content that you've posted directly to external platforms (e.g., comments on YouTube) may remain until removed through those platforms.
